I will be giving you a look at my post camp/combine evaluation period top 30 players for the Class of 2009 over the next few days starting with the top 10 today. Now as a disclaimer I must say that I am not a big fan of rankings since there generally isn`t much that separates many of these kids outside of a few very elite. I will be updating it right before the start of the season most likely.
MISSOURI CLASS OF 2009 TOP 10

MO QB`s Nathan Scheelhaase(L) Blaine Dalton (R)
1. Nathan Scheelhaase 6`3" 190 QB Rockhurst
Offers: OU,MO,NEB,Iowa, Ill,Stanford,others
- Great athlete and true dual threat QB in the mold of WV`s Pat White. Can score on you from anywhere on the field with his arm or his legs. Great leader. Continues to improve his QB skills. Also could be a big time safety prospect on defense.
2. Blaine Dalton 6`1" 190 QB Blue Springs South
Committed To: Missouri
- Another very good athletic dual threat QB. Not the natural runner that Scheelhaase is, but is elusive and dangerous when he scrambles whether that be to bye time for his receivers to get open or to pick up a needed first down. Great leader.Good arm and sees the field well picking out open receivers.

L-R) Ronnie Wingo, Montee Ball,Bryant Allen, Devin King
3. Ronnie Wingo 6`3" 217 RB/ATH SLUH
Offers: Mo,OU,Ark,Ill,TN,Ala,others
- A special combo of size, speed and athleticism. Could be a talented RB in college but may be even better on the defensive side of the ball at DB or on offense at receiver.

4. Sheldon Richardson 6`3" 280 DE Gateway Tech
Committed To: Missouri
- Unique big athlete who has a ton of natural ability. Great speed. Has really good hands and body control for his size when playing TE which surprises you. Dominates opposing OL`s when he wants to.

5. Kerwin Stricker 6`2" 190 WR Washington
Committed To: Missouri
- Another top flight athlete whose best football is ahead of him. Reminds you of William Franklin as a receiver. Excellent speed and hands. Can blow by defenders but is already adept at getting open despite still being new to football. Will improve in all areas in college.

6. Montee Ball 5`11" 210 RB Timberland
Committed To: Wisconsin
- Ball is the best pure RB in this class. Runs with power and speed. Has good quickness and feet. Very good forward lean when he runs and squares his pads. Usually delivers the blow to opponents when tackled. Could set state record for rushing yards.

7. Darris Ford 6`5" 283 DL/OL Hazelwood East
Committed TO: Missouri
- Big,raw, athletic lineman with a bright future be it on either side of the ball. Has long arms and uses them and his hands well on offense. Could play either OT or OG at Mizzou. I like him and his athleticism at DT. Good motor. Doesn't`t let up on plays. 4.9 forty.
8. Tyler Evans 6`6" 300 OT Strafford
Committed To: Oklahoma
- A small school kid who has looked the part of a D1 player since he was a freshman. Big strong kid with good athleticism who looks like the perfect RT prospect. Good feet, runs blocks well. 5.1 forty.
9. Bryant Allen 6`0" 165 WR/KR Maplewood
Offers: Missouri,Iowa
- Extremely quick, fast (4.4 forty) and elusive athlete who can score on opponents as a receiver, running back, kick returner or QB in HS. Reminds of a smaller version of Jeremy Maclin. Can score almost anytime he touches the ball. Also a very good defensive back, but his future is on offense. Also wants to play hoops in college. Would be rated higher if solely dedicated to football.

10. TJ Moe 6`0" 190 S Ft. Zumwalt West
Committed To: Missouri
- Another player who stood out early as a D1 prospect. Moe impressed me as a WR as a soph. Moved to QB last year and blew everyone away at that position. So naturally he`ll be a safety in college. Seriously, Moe is a playmaker on both sides of the ball. He has been impressive in the limited time I have seen him at DB and had a nice take away INT covering Wes Kemp last year. Best thing about him is that he is just a flat out hard-nosed football player that makes plays regardless of position.
COMING THURSDAY: Players 11-20
